TO THE SECRETARY OFFICE, THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE DOES NOT GUARANTEE
THE DOCUMENTATION DELIVERY EITHER.
The Congress's Schedule might suffer some external changes that the Organizing Committee is not responsible for.
The capacity of the congress halls is limited, and different in each hall. The number of registered applicants will never be higher than the total number of seats
Access to the REGISTRATION BULLETIN only after having read this information.
You will be asked to sign that you are aware of it.
The registration will be formalized once the REGISTRATION BULLETIN is properly fullfilled and sent,
within a photocopy of the DEPOSIT SLIP concerning the registration payment,
either by fax or email to the following adress:

Opened from 10:00am until 2:00pm, and from 4:30pm until 8:30pm.
Those application forms sent without the copy of the registration payment, will not be accepted as applications for the present congress.
WAYS OF DELIVERY
If the registration is done through direct payment in the Congress's Secretary Office, the applicant must also attach the registration bulletin, filled with the required personal details,and the requiered documentation for the payment condition (copy of the tuition fee, membership acreditation,...)
If the registration is done through bank transfer, it is necessary for the applicant to send to the Congress's Secretary Office the registration bulletin, filled wih the required personal details, and the deposit slip concerning the payment of the registration fee, as well as the requiered documentation for the payment condition (copy of the tuition fee, membership acreditation,...)
ALL THE DOCUMENTATION CAN BE SENT THROUGH THREE DIFFERENT WAYS:
The closing date for cancelations in the registration process is 31st January, 2012 at 2.00pm. The refund will be done after a 50 euro fine is imposed. From that day and time on, there will be no refunds. If the reason for your cancellation is the non acceptance of your paper proposal, the registration fee will be 100% refund, even if it is after the 31st January, 2012. To ask for the refund, it is necessary to send a signed document to the next email address: firstname.lastname@example.org, or via fax to the next number: 34 958 29 60 53, within an attached copy of the deposit slipconcerning the registration payment.
